Flood Lubrication is NOT effective!

We address the root cause of lubrication failure with a proprietary soft solid-lubricant coating.

Under cutting conditions, the coating activates at the cutting zone and forms an in-situ lubricating layer. This reduces friction and contact pressure, helping minimize tool wear and extend tool life by up to 200%.

Deposition Methods

We utilize two methods to deliver our soft solid lubricant coatings:

PVD Coating

Thin-film coating for tool manufacturing

Inside the chamber

A controlled PVD process applies a thin, uniform solid-lubricant layer onto the cutting tool surface.

Best for:
Tool manufacturers, coating partners, and end users

AraMill’s patented in-situ process applies the solid-lubricant coating directly inside the CNC machine, reducing deployment costs.
